Our 48 ha wide Domain, located in the region named “Southern Côtes du Rhône”, has made the choice of keeping a traditional spirit process served by modern technology.

The vines are sufficiently old and are planted in an alluvial soil full of round gravels, allowing the production of fruity and aromatic wines that are also powerful and fullbodied. Fragant wines of good structure that can be drunk young, and also after a few years of ageing develop powerful aromas.

The Domain works traditional grape varieties (aged of around 32 years) as : Grenache, Syrah, Carignan, Cinsault, Caladoc and Marselan for red wines ; Grenache Blanc and Bourboulenc for white wines. The harvests are essentially hand made with scratched grapefruit. The wine-making is traditional with around 8 to 15 days maceration under controlled temperature. The bottling is made by ourselves at the Domain.

Pascal MAILLET is in charge of the Domain, he is the wine grower.
